One of the world's most ancient cities, Athens remains Europe's undisputed historical and cultural capital.

Aegina is one of the Saronic Islands of Greece in the Saronic Gulf, 27km from Athens. Traveling by ferry from Athens to Aegina takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry; or do a combination of taxi and ferry. In July, daily temperatures in Aegina can reach 91°F, while at night they dip to 75°F. On the 23rd (Tue), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can ride a ferry back home.
