One of the world's most ancient cities, Athens remains Europe's undisputed historical and cultural capital.

You'll explore and learn at Acropolis Museum and Museum of Cycladic Art. Get some cultural insight at Acropolis of Athens and Erechtheion. When in Athens, make a side trip to see Temple of Poseidon in Sounio, approximately Sounio away. There's still lots to do: delve into the distant past at Temple of Hephaestus, see where the action happens at Panathenaic Stadium, admire the masterpieces at National Archaeological Museum, and see the interesting displays at Museum of Greek Folk Musical Instruments.
