One of the world's most ancient cities, Athens remains Europe's undisputed historical and cultural capital.

Step off the beaten path and head to Temple of Poseidon and Saints Constantine and Helen Orthodox Metropolitan Church. When in Athens, make a side trip to see Donkeysland in Koropi, approximately Koropi away. There's still lots to do: delve into the distant past at Acropolis of Athens, take a stroll through Plaka, see where the action happens at Panathenaic Stadium, and explore the different monuments and memorials at Phaleron War Cemetery.
