They made our wedding bands a couple of years ago. We dropped in and described what we wanted, they measured our fingers and a day later we picked up custom-made rings. The staff was great...gave us a good memory to attach to the rings we wear every day.

Sadly I will have to disagree with the other posters. After seeing other reviews, my fiance (now wife) and I decided to have our rings made here. The process was fine and they did sketches for us and made the ring the way we wanted. 2 gold rings at about 400 usd per ring seemed fair. Except when we got home we took it to a jeweler who informed us it was made of silver; no gold to be found. Scammed.
