Nice ashram with basic facilities. Location is amazing and peaceful place to be and stay if desired. Nice garden inside the Bhavan and a down to earth atmosphere. Book shop and clothing store managed by the ashram is a must visit

Gita Bhawan Ashram for Satsangi and for those who wanna stay for longer periods in rishikesh. I met some people who are staying here for atleast 2 month so don’t expect to stay for few days. You can have food at affordable price in Gita Bhawan Ashram's Canteen and there is a library too on the 1st floor which opens in evening. When you enter the ashram, you see lot of trees and greenery and a temple in the center with rooms built all around it in square shape. There are a lot of rooms but getting a room is not easy. It is very near to Parmarth Niketan Ashram which has slightly more rooms and facilities and can be booked online also.
