Its a prestigious organization. This place is very beautiful, well maintained and very clean. It's perfect for full day family's day out. It has large grounds and parks with ample amount of parking space and loads of trees and shades. This place has 6 museums too and anyone interested in forest related stuff then this place is a must go.

Forest Research Institute (FRI) is spread over a huge area with very good landscaping. The building is a masterpiece of exposed bricks architecture. It's a grand building with superb design. There are five wings of forest museum displaying various forest products. One of the wings is closed for renovation at present.
