The legendary birthplace of the Greek goddess Aphrodite and the capital of western Cyprus, the city of Paphos showcases an abundance of archaeological, architectural, and historical sites.
Head to Kings Avenue Mall and Kivotos Galleryfor some retail therapy. Get in touch with nature at Aphrodite's Rock and Coral Bay. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Paphos: Panagia (Monastery) of Kykkos (in Pedoulas) and Limassol City (Limassol Castle & Kolossi Castle). Situated on the southernmost coast of Cyprus, the 6,000-year-old city of Larnaka features a bustling promenade full of bars, cafes, restaurants, and plenty of spots in the sun.
