Melbourne, Australia to Madrid is an approximately 26- hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of bus and flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 9 hours traveling from Melbourne to Madrid. Prepare for a bit warmer weather when traveling from Melbourne in May: high temperatures in Madrid hover around 28°C and lows are around 13°C. Head to La Oleoteca de Sevilla and Calle Sierpesfor plenty of shopping.
