Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.
On the 13th (Fri), visit El Barri Gòtic, admire the landmark architecture of Casa Batllo, don't miss a visit to Casa Mila - La Pedrera, then pick up some local products at La Boqueria, and finally visit Las Ramblas. Keep things going the next day: walk around Parc Guell and then make a trip to Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.
