On the 10th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: awaken your taste buds at some of the top wineries in the area, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Generalife, then explore the historical opulence of Nasrid Palaces, and finally contemplate the long history of Mirador de San Nicolas.

You can do a combination of flight and bus from Barcelona to Granada in 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and train; or drive.
