  • We made a reservation for a birthday and we paid it off. When we arrive on the day of the booking suddenly we are told that the game does not work and that we do not return the money. We agreed to play the game another day. They told us to call, tell us what had happened to us and there would be no problem. I called the time to make the reservation and a girl told me that I didn't know anything and that I didn't have internet, to call another day... I finally made the reservation. At last the game begins with such good luck that there is a worker who comes from Australia and throughout our departure they keep talking. During the game I complain that we are listening to them and that it is nothing immersive... even though I complain they keep talking and you can hear them. When we go out I tell them that we did not like that they were talking and they laugh... Sorry about the experience. I do not recommend this site at all, they are unprofessional and above all unempathetic... you spend 75 euros for half an hour and you don't even respect that half hour. I'm not going to a virtual reality game to listen to two people talk. I would definitely go to another virtual reality site. I'm not going back or recommending it to anyone.

  • We booked a gift session for a friend for his 50th birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information and helped us choose the most convenient according to our age, experience, etc however when we arrived we found something very different. When we arrived they asked us for the data to register us and acted as if everything were north-money. However, after a while we heard other kids complain about the delay they were taking. When we asked we were told that it did not matter, that it was little thing, that we could wait there sitting there. But at 10' insist that he tell us. how long we were going to have to wait we were told 30' more. We went to a bar and they promised to call us if they tyed us out but no one called and we came back in half an hour. The group we should have been through was gone and we hadn't been called. We were told everything was fine, but again we heard another group complain. We spoke to them and they told us that they were going to go in with more than 1h delay but I nonlo orgabizacion recognized. When we told them we couldn't wait because we had dinner, they told us they didn't give us the money back. That if we decided to leave, we'd have to write on Monday to see if they'd give us a bonus or something. We explained that this was for someone who came from Italy and therefore we could not use the bonus. But they insisted that they didn't give us the money back. We asked To speak to the manager but they said you couldn't until Monday... and so until we threatened to take the game material and not return it until the money was returned to us. Suddenly the manager showed up on the phone. I tried to deceive us again and when he saw that we were serious he recognized that he had an obligation to return the money to us... all this had been ruined by the birthday present, the night and we had been lost 1h30... and the people iva with us still didn't come in!!!!!

  • Such a unique experience, I was impressed how quickly your brain is getting used to the VR world! Tip: be careful with the walls in the virtual world, you should neither get too close to it nor go through them, otherwise you'll instantly die and will have to go back to the base to revive.
  • Incredible VR experience, definitely a must. I went back twice in less than a week. The staff is incredible and super nice. Will go back a third time for sure
