There is a free wardrobe to leave your clothes and take the anorak that they lend you to access the facilities. It's a shame because a lot of the sculptures are thawed and the bar is uncareful.
Price is too big fot the experience. Compared to the ice bar in Rome, this one is not that good. Almost no place to sit, not all walls are covered with ice.
Big fridge, staff were weren't bothered about being there and the ice sculptures were melting so you couldn't even tell what they were. Far too expensive for what you got, €15 to get a non alcoholic drink and on exit a can of soft drink. Not great expected more
