Iberia Dali VIP Lounge Reviews

The Dali VIP lounge was pleasantly designed and open and large but as a First Class Lounge it fell well short in what was offered. The potatoe chips, nuts and organge juice were very good but that was... more »
The food is less than OK. Wine and beer selection is barely above average. There is an open bar but the selection is limited and almost sub par. The staff was attentive but to the point. It’s well kept but gets busy and it can take a while to locate a decent seat. The restaurant is a great example of how not to run a business lounge with lesser than mediocre food choices. There are much better choices in the terminal restaurants. Just don’t expect to be wowed.
Huge vip lounge which was extensively renovated at the end of 2018. It offers 3 different main areas: the two main ones at each side of the lounge offering food and drinks and a smaller one in the center where the bar area is. All kind of seats and sofas that offer certain privacy even when the lounge is packed (which is normally the case). The food could be improved: no warm food available, also when food is made available hordes of hungry people will appear in all directions in a perfect “walking dead” fashion. Breakfast is the worst. There is almost nothing. As a Spanish airline the Spanish culture of downgrading the importance of breakfast as a meal is clear here. I love the light. Other vip lounges have no natural light and feel like a bunker whereas this one overlooks the terminal and is plenty of light. It is specially nice early morning and before sunset. In general it is a great place, unfortunately normally overcrowded which is understandable. The main problem is that 80% of the people that crowed the lounge feel like they are better than everyone else so People tend to be a bit disrespectful towards staff and other passengers. I guess this is a common issue in vip lounges although here it is clearly the case.
