For a long time that I met not with anything so cumbersome and so unpleasant staff... .. I would say that the bar staff is saved only... In these times without a computerized system to get your number of table or Chair, and you have to wait for a man with a notebook you tache of the list and you the table he wants... (that if you heard that you had to book). It does not accept cards... Another symptom of the cutrez extreme... to part of by not declaring, obviously, the Commission percentage is saved when the margin of each drink have to pay up to 50% Commission... Scandal! 10 euros for a coke and a beer, after paying 12 euros for each input... Ideally, all these comments (always in the same line) to reach the artists... without artists, this business would have no raison d ' être... and that they are worth... Fortunately I did not try the famous croissants, but only to see them... the desire to take away... I understand that they will take note because I see must be tired of that told... but at least you go, know what to expect... Despite initial anger, he did not stop to enjoy the master Pacho Varona. His performance of 10!

About one-third of the people who had been in the room (without exaggeration) located at the bottom and in the bar that is at the back of the room, was all the concert, nonstop talking, laughing, and even crying, a volume and a tone of voice of made it completely impossible to listen the music, and not to happen at specific moments, it is that it was continuously during the whole concert. As well, no one organization (waiters, head of room, managers, etc...) did absolutely nothing or they were called attention, when what had to be done was to throw them out of the room. On several occasions the singers had to ask silence "the Fund", and there were several clashes among the people that we had been to listen to the concert and those who were there to bother, that they could have been at home or have gone to the bar opposite to room LAR or screaming everything you give them want. An embarrassment of organization, they gave us desire to reclaim the money from tickets and put a claim, but enough anger had already after 2 hours listening to shouts and laughter instead of the music for which we had paid. I will not attend any event of the Sala Galileo.
Tried to call to ask about reservations. I asked the person who picked up the phone if they spoke english and they didnt. There was zero effort on his part to communicate with me, his answer was simply “no” and I had no choice but to end the call and give up. Fyi English is not my first or only language, but common for international tourists... a big part of potential clientele. Message loud and clear: we dont care about you as a client ! Piss off !
I mean the place is alright. They have way too many people in one place due to lack of space and the tables are being extra close to the stage. Security is pretty tight and it seems that there are lots of staff but you guessed it wrong. The service is slow and its almost not there. The show was entertaining due to the audience, not the showman. My friends invited me to see the show, I enjoyed but there are rooms for improvement always. Thank you!
