  • Excellent store for the purchase of souvenirs and accessories. Fans, but not only, of good invoice from a few tens of euros up up to very refined specimens from over 2,000 euros. Walking sticks and class umbrellas, small leather goods and more. Perfect for those who want to avoid the 5 euro Chinese markets but are looking for a tasteful object.

  • Second time in Madrid and second time I go to de Diego's house to take an Abanico for gift. There are some beautiful ones. It ranges from 25 euros and rises to over 2000 euros. Their fans are beautiful. They gave me a tip: the wider the area of the fan dedicated to the fabric than the wood the greater its value. S.s.

  • The sun umbrella I bought got bent within 1 hour of purchase. The parasol was beautiful but the quality is cheap and they charge 95 euros. They also don't accept returns but this is not stated at all anywhere in the store, not the receipt, not told to you in person as you're buying. Thats a terrible business practice. Most places that don't accept returns tell you this upfront so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase. Waste of money and they lady gave me an attitude stating in Spanish that it is not obligatory for them to offer refunds.
  • I have a conflicted review. Let me explain. I came into this store and was met with a helpful young lady. After much deliberation, I bought what I thought was a premium quality mantón at a hefty price. Prior to finalizing the transaction I asked whether I'd be able to do tax free. I was told that they weren't able to. I figured that it had to do with the item and left it at that. Instead of buying 2 more mantones at this store I decided to visit two other stores to compare quality and prices. I found the same mantón at a second store for much less. Also, I was told that offering tax free is required. I realize that I should have shopped more prior to purchasing the mantón from this store. Granted. I take the most issue with the fact that tax free is required to be offered and I was lied to. Do they have authentic and lovely mantones and other accessories? Yes, they do. Are their prices fair or reasonable? No, in my opinion they are not. Esta tienda si tiene bonitos mantones que son bordados a mano. Pero los precios no parecen ser razonables o justos para la calidad. También, aquí me dijeron que no ofrecen el tax free.
