  • Such a prestigious bookstore, with such a large book and comic book background, should take more care of the details. I had to park the car quite far away. When I got back in the car and looked at the purchase ticket by chance, I saw a book with its price tag at 24'9 euros had been charged to me at 40 euros. But what is amazing is q, by asking them to refund what was charged by mistake, they were not able to either the young man or the girl next to them, none of them, to express the slightest apology for having me have to have q go back to their store (and for having overcharged me) And less bad q is m m and happened to look at the ticket, because he might not have noticed me. From their reaction, it seemed that this type of error is quite common to them. Another ugly detail is that the owner offers me to become a member to get the 5% discount, but when i get her loyalty card neither she nor the employees of before inform me of q has a cost of 5 euros. I see it when I see the ticket. Finally, and as an umpteenth example that all they care about is the business, paper bags are so bad that, without having any more than three small books, when they are taken out of the car they break. Anyway, there are quite a few comic book stores in MADRID where you are not exposed to these "surprises". You buy much more relaxed if you don't have to be sure to have to keep an eye on these details. And for those who don't know MADRID, he's in the fifth inferno, when most of his colleagues are at the center.

  • I cannot understand as a business of this kind try to customers in a way so awful... When you ask them you respond listlessly, they do not let you get a backpack... If you give for stealing something! I think that end up before installing detectors with alarms rather than go chasing your customers as if they were criminals. They are nasty in dealing and nothing inviting. I have already found 2 stores of the same type where you receive much better & where they have more products.

  • Best comic store I've ever seen! If you are in Madrid and a comic/popculture fan it's a must see.
  • Perfect place for frikis. Masses and masses of mangas and comics too. Also board games of all sorts. Figures too. Staff are knowledgeable about just about everything and what they don't know they look up fast. Place has been expanded and new decorations superb. Really does deserve its name.
