  • European Standards area. Generally a big bravo. The exhibition streets of Arabia excellent. Impressive scenery, remarkable tour, valuable findings. Unique observations that some explanations were not illuminated enough and they tire you to read in the dark. The propagandistikes touches on the bander of the history of the Al Saud dynasty are unnecessary.

  • The exhibition "The Streets of Arabia" is remarkably elaborate and highly demanding. The existence of the system for the blind, Bravo and again Bravo. Superb and discreet music underline as well as the video. As always rich and interesting shop and pleasant coffee for a respite. From the good times in Athens at this time.

  • We went on a Thursday, which turned out to have free entry (!), and the museum is open until midnight, so we definitely felt this was very worth going. The museum itself is very cool, although a bit odd - most of the ground floor is all ancient Greek stuff (which was all great stuff, although probably more impressive if you haven't just come from the national Archaeological Museum!), but it then very rapidly transitions into Christian artwork, and then onto much more recent Greek history, including the war for independence on the top floor. We went in not knowing about any of the more recent history, so I don't think we got as much out of the more recent exhibits as we should have done.
  • Well laid out, authoritative, professional in every way. My focus was Byzantium, but the earlier antiquities are actually the museum's principal strength. Definitely worth visiting. Lovely gift shop and cafe as well.
