  • Great Museum. The country's largest. Cultural and historical shattering without end. You can see people in the eyes who lived 2-3000 years ago. Good organization and even aircon everywhere.

  • Worst city museum I've ever been. There are a lot of 19th century old chairs, some paintings with the acropolis and nothing really interesting. I learn nothing about the city of Athens from this museum. Nothing about the philosophers, or the evolution of the city through the time. Only some random pictures and paintings. The interactive map on the first floor had no audio, so the whole thing was useless. For the price (5€) it was quite a scam.
  • That's a lovely museum although it still needs to modernise some elements. It's very important for the history of the city and indeed modern Greece. Antonis, was a great guide, with great perspective of history and the museum's collection. Some feedback would be to take care of cleaning elements like rugs (or indeed the rug in the room of the King), better care in labelling around and creating a better walk around and having a more up to date shop.
